MUSE Cells – million cells

MUSE Cells are supplied in cryovials of 20 million viable cells at time of freeze, with a 100 million cell presentation also available. Minimum order is 100 million cells (five vials of 20 million); distributor terms are handled separately.

Each cryovial is cryopreserved under laboratory-controlled conditions and completes release testing for identity, viability, sterility, and mycoplasma prior to shipment. Cells are manufactured to a minimum 90% SSEA-3+ purity threshold, confirmed by quality control testing on every lot. A Certificate of Analysis available on request.

MUSE Cells are intended for laboratory research and preclinical use only, and are supplied exclusively to verified, licensed providers.

Is this product currently available, and how quickly can I receive it?

MUSE cells are made to order in our own laboratory. Orders are confirmed one week ahead of the delivery date so the cold chain can be arranged. Verified providers see current availability when they log in.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 100 million cells, which is five vials of 20 million. Distributor terms are separate.

What documentation comes with each batch?

Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis and carries a unique lot number and QR code. You can look up any lot and open its certificate at cellgenic.com/verify-coa.

How do I know these are really MUSE cells and not ordinary stem cells?

CellGenic MUSE cells are manufactured to a minimum 90% SSEA-3+ purity threshold, confirmed through quality control testing on every lot. Full batch documentation is available via Certificate of Analysis lookup.

Are these Dezawa MuseCells?

No. CellGenic MUSE cells are manufactured in our own laboratory and are not connected to Dezawa MuseCells or MuseCell Innovations.

How is it shipped, and what is the cold chain?

Cell products travel by specialized hand-carry service to protect the cold chain, with a temperature logger in the box and signature on receipt. Cells are stored in the vapor phase of liquid nitrogen, −150°C to −196°C.

Who can buy this?

Licensed physicians and clinics only, after verification. We do not sell to patients or to non-medical businesses.

Can I see the protocol before I buy?

MUSE cells require a specific handling and application protocol. Protocols are shared after purchase, not before. If you have not worked with MUSE cells, ISSCA runs a MUSE cell certification, online and in person.

Do you supply MUSE exosomes?

No. Our exosome line is derived from mesenchymal stem cells.
